Gentle Yoga
A softer, slower paced, less rigorous class for new or experienced students of all ages. This class is excellent for those just getting back to Yoga or fitness or just starting out. Also good for those with injuries or physical conditions. The supported modifications of all asanas (poses) makes this class excellent for “bad backs,” older adults and some pregnant women.
